Shipping: within USA only, shipments will be sent through USPS or UPS. Everything will be fully insured for the retail value of the pieces before tax. In-stock items will ship within 7 business days, and quicker turnaround is possible. Items that are made to order may need 2 or 3 weeks fulfillment time prior to shipping. If you would like something shipped right away please contact us.

Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. If item is damaged, modified (by J. Mancarella Jewelry or client), or in any way different than the condition it was originally sold, it is not eligible for return. Client is responsible for all return shipping costs. Made to Order items can be returned for store credit only.

All pieces made by J Mancarella Jewelry includes a warranty against manufacturing defects. 

We offer a lifetime warranty for all Bridal, Commitment and Wedding Jewelry which includes complimentary professional cleanings, inspections, basic resizings and more.

Our warranty does not cover the loss of center stones, accidental damage, wear and tear, or abuse. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry.
